Developed AvePoint’s brand voice and tone. Rewrote AvePoint’s website, landing pages, brochures, technical overviews, internal and external email communications (Marketo and Outlook), small business division (Elements), product descriptions, and more.

Advised on the naming of products, blogs, webinars, events, promotions and video series (ChewNChat, FedUp). Created content for videos, apps, Microsoft Teams stores, Chatbots, AI, promotions, blogs, products, services and solutions.

Attended Microsoft conferences to expand knowledge, participate in sessions, learn about product launches, dive deep into Microsoft technologies, gain insight into industry trends, and connect with partners and Microsoft executives.

Expertly translated complex technical software/IT jargon and terminology into easily digestible content for a broader audience, and applied my rewrites and suggestions to all of AvePoint’s collateral. Proofread, edited, translated, top-edited, shortened, elongated and ensured AvePoint’s brand voice had been applied to copy before publishing.

A/B tested copy for email—saw at least a 40% open rate each time I included a quirky, non-technical subject-line.

SEO Copywriting: Researched and analyzed SEO keywords using MOZ and PowerBI. Utilized top keywords and search terms to create and update site content, links, blogs, blurbs, landing pages, headlines, title tags, etc. to maximize site optimization and boost search engine rankings.

Post website rewrite, our Organic (Google-specific) traffic from 2018 – 2019 increased 63% for Sessions, 67% for Users and 77% for Pageviews. Current number for 2019 – 2020 are as follows: Sessions are up 143%, Users are up 171% and Pageviews are up 58%.
